These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dewa7 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.
These cards summarize the most important aspects of our Terms. They do not replace the full clauses below — please read the complete document for all binding provisions.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the dewa7 platform. Accounts belonging to underage users are closed immediately with funds returned to the verified payment method.
Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same account used for the deposit (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay). Zero platform fees apply on all payouts.
All bonuses carry clearly stated wagering requirements, validity windows, and eligible game categories. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Attempting to abuse bonus terms may result in account suspension.
Each player is permitted one dewa7 account. Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
All players must complete identity verification (KYC) using a valid government-issued Indonesian ID (KTP or Paspor) before withdrawals are processed. Accounts that fail KYC within 30 days of first deposit may be restricted.
dewa7 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options. Use of these tools is encouraged. Players showing signs of problem gambling may be referred to our welfare team and offered a cooling-off period.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Operator before processing withdrawals. |
| "Restricted Territory" | Any country or jurisdiction from which the Operator does not accept Players, as updated by the Operator from time to time. |
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. The Operator strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. The Operator reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to close, without notice, any Account found to belong to a person under 21.
2.2 Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is designed and operated for the Indonesian market. Players accessing the Platform from Restricted Territories do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without notice.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
2.4 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The Operator uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-method matching to detect duplicate registrations. All duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances (including Real Money Balances credited via bonus abuse) may be forfeited.
3.1 Registration Process. To use the Platform's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method details.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration and at any subsequent update. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 Notification of Compromise. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify the dewa7 support team immediately at [email protected]. The Operator will suspend the Account pending investigation.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. The Operator will process the request within 5 business days and return any verified Real Money Balance to your registered payment method.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. All Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. The Operator may also require KYC at any point during the lifecycle of an Account at its sole discretion.

4.3 Processing Time. KYC reviews are completed within 1 to 3 business days of document submission. Players will be notified by email of the outcome.
4.4 Failure to Verify. Accounts that have not completed KYC within 30 days of the first deposit may have withdrawal functionality suspended. The Operator reserves the right to close unverified accounts after 60 days and return the net deposited amount (less any bonus funds) to the original payment method.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The following payment methods are supported for deposits: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within 5 minutes of confirmed payment. The Operator does not charge any platform-side deposit fees; standard banking or e-wallet transfer fees imposed by your financial institution may apply independently.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger a KYC review and potential Account suspension.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule applies). Processing times are as follows:
The Operator charges zero platform-side withdrawal fees. All withdrawal requests require a verified Account (completed KYC). The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 100.000.000 in aggregate within a 30-day period.
If a deposit or withdrawal fails due to incorrect account details provided by the Player, the Player bears responsibility for any resulting delay or loss. If a transaction fails due to a platform-side error, the Operator will reverse the transaction and restore the balance within 24 hours. Failed transaction disputes must be reported to support within 72 hours of the transaction attempt.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers issued by dewa7 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game categories. These specific terms supplement (and in case of conflict, supersede) the general provisions in this clause.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the offer-specific terms, bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry date will result in the bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
6.3 Eligible Games. Unless an offer specifies otherwise, the following game categories contribute to wagering requirements at the rates below:
6.4 Bonus Abuse. The Operator uses automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and placing opposing bets to reduce risk. Any Account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
6.5 Withdrawal Sequence. Real Money Balance is always wagered and withdrawn before Bonus Balance. The Operator's platform interface displays both balances separately at all times.
6.6 Right to Modify. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retrospectively alter the terms of a bonus already accepted and in progress by a Player.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error.
7.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by the Operator in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; a manifest odds error is identified; the bet was placed after the official result was known (late bet); or technical circumstances render the integrity of the market questionable.
7.3 Sports Betting. Football markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League follow standard bookmaker rules for each market type. Voor bola (Asian handicap, a spread-betting format common in Indonesian football betting) markets follow Asian Handicap rules. Mix parlay bets are settled only when all legs are settled; a single void leg reduces the parlay to the remaining legs.
7.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are placed at the risk of the Player. The Operator makes no guarantee of continuous live data availability. Bets accepted prior to a significant in-play event (e.g., a goal, red card, or game abandonment) that was already known to the Player at the time of bet placement may be voided.
7.5 Game Rules. Casino and slot game rules are displayed within each game's information panel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from the official draw provider. The Operator is not responsible for results generated by third-party game providers provided the software was functioning correctly at the time of play.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

9.4 Minor Protection. Players must take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing their Account. The Operator accepts no liability for minors accessing the Platform due to negligence by the Account holder.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, game graphics, text, images, and the dewa7 brand identity, are the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
10.2 Limited Licence. The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
10.3 Feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas submitted by Players to the Operator may be used by the Operator without restriction, attribution, or compensation.
11.1 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Platform.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
11.3 Cap on Direct Liability. The Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. The Operator is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet outages, cyberattacks, or failure of third-party service providers (including payment processors and game studios).
11.5 Third-Party Games. Game outcomes generated by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) are the sole responsibility of those studios. The Operator is not liable for outcomes, errors, or technical failures within third-party game software, provided the Platform correctly transmitted Player bet requests to the game server.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by the Operator is governed by the dewa7 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
The Operator will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification services, and game providers as strictly necessary to deliver the Platform's services, and only under contractual data-protection obligations.
13.1 Right to Amend. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, the Operator will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by notifying Players via email.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 3.5.
13.3 Version Control. The most recent version of these Terms is always available at https://dewa7.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to the Operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. The Operator does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform, the Player is encouraged to contact the dewa7 support team in the first instance. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
14.3 Bet Dispute Procedure. Disputes relating to specific bet outcomes must be submitted via the Platform's support channel within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. Disputes submitted after this window may not be reviewed. The Operator's decision on bet-related disputes, made after good-faith internal review, is final and binding.
14.4 No Waiver. Failure by the Operator to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision in these Terms.
